Dinner: Vegetable soup in organic pasta with water.

Lunch: Organic wheat-free rice vegetable twists (organic brown rice flour, spinach flour, beet flour) and tomato & basil pasta sauce with cherry cider.
Snack: Salted cashews.
Dinner: Fruit bowl and tomato slices with water.

Lunch: Roasted Garlic Italiano (brown rice) with cherry cider (100% juice, no sugar or preservatives added).
Dinner: Tomato basil soup with cherry cider.

Lunch: Green beans with fruit/vegetable juice.
Snack: Salted cashews, strawberry smoothie.
Dinner: Veggie patties with tomato, onions, pickle wedges, and organic catsup with water.

Lunch: Organic wheat-free rice vegetable twists (organic brown rice flour, spinach flour, beet flour) and organic tomato & basil pasta sauce with water.
Dinner: Ginger garlic stir fry with brown rice and green beans with fruit/vegetable juice.

Lunch: Organic wheat-free rice vegetable twists (organic brown rice flour, spinach flour, beet flour) and organic tomato & basil pasta sauce with water.
Snack: Honey roasted cashews.
Dinner: Organic garden vegetable lasagne with 100% fruit/vegetable juice.

Lunch: Organic wheat-free rice vegetable twists (organic brown rice flour, spinach flour, beet flour) and organic tomato & basil pasta sauce with fruit juice*.
Dinner: Salad (greens and tomato) and Tagliarini Picchi Pacchiu (fine wheat-free pasta in a crushed tomato, garlic, and basil sauce) with water while I watched Branning eat lasagne and chocolate mousse 🙂

Snack: Nori, unsalted cashews.
Dinner: Nori and brown rice with water.

Lunch: Zucchini kimchi with brown rice and a glass of water.
Dinner: Tomato basil soup with fruit juice*.
Snack: Unsalted cashews.
